Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

MATERIAL: The materials used in our product are Polyester Chenille, which provides a shimmering iridescent look without using iridescent fibers. Chenille is water-absorbent and resistant to abrasion.

UNDERSIDE: The underside is constructed from epoxy, which is moisture resistant, reducing the likelihood of slips and falls.

PILE HEIGHT: Carpets with a low pile height of 0.4 inches usually have a tight weave, which offers a more dense look, and a smoother surface. It is also easier to vacuum and clean.

VACUUM PACKAGING: Our product is vacuum sealed to protect it from damage during transportation. Please remember that after opening the package, it will take up to 24 hours for the rug to stay flat.
